The new owners are relocating from Virginia. We did not see the owners throughout the entire renovation process. All business was conducted by phone.
We replaced the kitchen counter tops with granite, added a backsplash, and replaced the microwave oven.
New tile was laid in the master, hall bath and laundry room.
Hardwood floors were installed in the kitchen and den and the remainder of the floors were refinished.
