1521 Reynolda is a property we are renovating for an investor. This is the second home we have performed work on for this investor.
The original structure was stripped of all furr paneling and electrical wiring.
We plan to add a master suite, new kitchen, renovate the baths, convert the old garage into a family/media room, and add a new two car garage and storage room.
The house size will be doubled with the planned renovations/additions.
